North Wales Lake View 2 Bedroom

Clean. Plenty of room and facilities all good. Check in and out really easy. Beautiful setting.

WiFi didn't work. Could have done with instructions for that and the TV. We found the remote after one. day. down the side of the sofa. Not a major thing for us.But some may have been gutted.

Loved our little getaway. Staying here was great. We took our dog with us which is a bonus. Short drive into town, some lovely places to visit. Would definitely stay here again. Just needed some outdoor comfy chairs to sit in,to enjoy the views. But loved it.

There was no outside comfy chairs.

Location really good. Nice view. Nice onsite facilities like a cafe, bar serving food and drinks, playground and outdoor pool. Nice decking area with seating. Chalet had most things needed for our stay like microwave, hob, cooking utensils etc. Nice decking area.

No oven which we knew about so took the air fryer. Very limited hot water, had about 5 mins then had to wait at least 30 minutes so not good when you are heading out and have plans. Main double bed was really uncomfortable springs sticking out and very noisy. We booked for 3 nights but returned home after 2 due to the bed issue as we couldn't get a good night's sleep, which is quite disappointing. I think a decent mattress and hot water are essentials on a holiday so I wouldn't return here for these reasons. The kids beds seemed OK, one seemed like it needed upgrading but my son was OK as he had 4 beds to choose from! Internet was a bit hit and miss but I'm not overly bothered about these sort of things and tv worked fine. Lots of spiders and cob webs and generally quite dirty around door frames/corners etc looks like it needs a really good deep clean. Decking was full of leaves, branches and sticks so should ideally be swept between guests. Overall we loved the resort and Wales but the chalet does need some sprucing up.

Location was great for exploring North Wales, nice quiet location, parking outside chalet, lovely spot overlooked the lake.

No full oven, not mentioned on initial booking, microwave can be used as an oven and there is a hob but would have liked to have been a bit more prepared. Few bits of wear and tear could do with a bit of maintenance but nothing that caused us any problems or affected our stay.

Lovely accommodation, the cabin was comfortable and clean. Very welcoming. Location& facilities excellent, kids loved the pool. Had a few lovely meals and a drinks at the pool bar & was excellent. Nice cafe with great food & nice little shopThe grounds were delightful, a very relaxing break. Not far from caernarfon & other tourist spots so a great location.

Not a big problem, but an oven or grill would have been a bonus as having hungry pizza loving kids with us. A bit disappointed with the fish stock in the lake. But it was a lovely spot to relax anyway

It was a beautiful setting the accommodation was clean and well presented.the food in the pub on site was lovely the cafe was very accommodating the owner are wonderful kind people.

Struggled with the hot water for shower the cleaners were very helpful with this there aren't enough sockets in bedrooms.
