The pool and pool bar where amazing. The home was nice and had everything that we needed. Good location for our plans. People very friendly.

The bathroom was dirty. The beds didn't look changed. Crumbs in one bed. The tea towel was a biohazard. The fire place looked like it hadn't been cleaned for some time. Sorry to complain but that is what we found

great location, close to Castle, Mt Snowdon Railway

having to buy a prepaid non-refundable card to enable electricity usage is not user friendly. but worse was that the hot water was on a non-functional timer that was mis-programmed - we found no instructions on how to turn on the hot water, finally contacted owner for details, but even then he neglected to mention the timers, until much later after other messages. in the end we couldn't shower until the next day, after I disabled the timers. there should be no timers for guests, and the owner should include the electric utility in the room rate. and put real soap dispensers in the bathroom, not a refill pack with no pump.

The location and the size of the property is Excellent. It can host up to eight people. The host wasn't much of a help, but appreciate he responded promptly. The facility lady was also responsive.

Hygiene - The place was great, but the lack of cleanliness was a letdown. This is what we found - messy bed, a dusty floor under the bunk bed, dusty drawers, lamp, a super dusty artificial decorative vase and flowers in the main bedroom, and spider/webs in every room including the bathroom. The impression we got from the rooms was that they hadn’t been cleaned for sometime. Right outside the patio door was a big lump of bird droppings that had dried for a while. Facility - To start with, the second room’s electric heater was not in working order. Two spare fan heaters in the cupboard were there, which we wanted to use but the piles of dust around them put us off. The backyard had a beautiful balcony, but there were no chairs or table to enjoy the space. No hand wash! Said there is an oven on the facility, but was actually a small microwave. No spare bin liners. I hope these issues get resolved because this beautiful place deserves better.

Everything about our stay was excellent! The location is superb, the chalet and communal areas are all easily accessible. Car parking was right outside the door, on-site facilities are great, and the host was super friendly and helpful. Will definitely book again.
