super attention to detail and everything was impeccable - definitely rent a car, it’s worth it

The only problem with the site is its distance from the town, but the proprietor arranged service with two taxi drivers (we were six) who were available throughout our stay, also providing transport one day to and from one of the national parks. He also arranged a day tour to Torres del Paine with a wonderful bilingual driver/guide. There were even little Christmas and New Year gifts! Furthermore, he was able to help us out through direct contacts with the bank when an ATM failed to return my card, which might otherwise have been a bit of a disaster...

No problems really. The proprietor's English is limited, but four of our party were fluent in Spanish, and he was able to deal with my wife's limited and my negligible Spanish as needed. The distance from town made it necessary to take taxi trips back and forth for dining or shopping.

Tivemos uma estadia excelente na cabana. O lugar é muito confortável, completo e pensado com carinho nos detalhes. A sauna e a hot tub foram o ponto alto: perfeitas para relaxar e renovar as energias ao final do dia. Tudo estava limpo e funcionando perfeitamente. Um agradecimento especial ao Davi, pela hospitalidade e atenção — sempre disponível para nos atender prontamente e tornar nossa experiência ainda melhor. Recomendo de olhos fechados e com certeza voltaremos!

La cabane est originale, propre et bien entretenue. Les lits sont confortables et le spa est très agréable. L’accueil est chaleureux et la communication est très présente tout au long du séjour (peut-être parfois un peu trop), des bâtons de randonnée nous ont également été prêtés, ce que nous avons apprécié.

L’agencement n’est pas très pratique, avec la salle de bain et les toilettes situées dans une seule chambre, tandis que la cuisine se trouve dans l’autre. Le petit-déjeuner pour 4 personnes sur 2 jours était un peu léger et pas très varié. Il y avait également de nombreuses règles à respecter. Enfin, lors du check-out, l’hôte a vérifié devant nous la note laissée sur le papier (9/10) et nous a demandé de justifier le score, ce qui nous a pris au dépourvu. Même si nous avions donné la note maximale pour le logement, la propreté et l’accueil (4/4), le total était de 9/10 car toutes les catégories (ex: petit-déjeuner) n’étaient pas représentées. L’hôte a semblé surpris par ce calcul, ce qui a rendu le moment inconfortable.

The host was incredible helpful and communicative, above and beyond! Everything was extremely clean and the room was wonderful. We would absolutely stay here again!

We had a wonderful time. Everything was perfect, more than we could ever imagine. The sauna and jacuzzi were amazing. The bed was comfortable with a view to a glacier and the snowy mountains . Room was clean and had all the amenitiese we needed.
