the property is rather small. it is not so comfortable to fit the group of 6 adults + 2 kids of us. quite old property and facilities. it is different from the photos published.

MYIf you're lucky and the weather is clear, you’ll have a great view of Mount Kinabalu from this property. However, that’s the main highlight considering the price. Keep in mind that the location is quite far from the center of Kundasang. If you're staying for just one night and don’t get a clear view of Mount Kinabalu, you may end up disappointed.
The host has a lot of room for improvement. The cleanliness of the property is subpar, and the exterior gives off the impression of an abandoned house, making it feel as though guests are not truly expected or welcomed. The overall maintenance of the property is lacking, with visible signs of neglect that make the stay less enjoyable. It’s clear that little effort has been put into upkeep, which significantly affects the guest experience. If it weren’t for the stunning and unobstructed view of Mount Kinabalu from the window, I wouldn’t even consider giving this place a single star.
