Bedside lamps didn't work
NZNZGreat chalet with plenty of beds and space. Heat pump kept us warm and toasty when we came off the slopes.
Very small issue with a blown light bulb. Otherwise perfect.

AUNZThe access to town and the convenient parking. The fireside area with couches and a pool table. Breakfast included. Hot showers and privacy the room was nice and quiet.
It would be good if there was food available, even just light snacks like a ploughman's platter, or some pate and crackers, that is not labor intensive. It would be good if there was somewhere to sit outside. I did not see anywhere.
NZNZGood location, very central close to the restaurants. Continental breakfast was included in the price and warming up by the fire after a day skiing was definitely a bonus! There is also a pool table and a bar, great for hanging out with friends. The bed was nice and comfy and the room was good enough for 4 of us (including 2 teenagers). Bill, the manager, was super friendly and made us feel super welcome, shout out to his hospitality!
I came to have a look at the breakfast options at the end of the cut out time and when the guy saw me, he didn’t seem so happy, didn’t even respond to my greetings - perhaps he just wanted to finish up quickly or had a bad sleep hehe! But Bill was great overall in his customer service, so it is all good!
AUFantastic for all of our family cosy and close to everything loved the woodfire!
