NZBill was really friendly and helpful; the room was warm and comfortable with heaps of space. The breakfast was good and just what we needed in preparation for heading up snowboarding.
It's really nit-picking as you don't spend much time in there but a heater in the bathroom would have made it perfection, little chilly in there.

Facilities in the room are too old. Water flow in the bath is way too weak. Heater on the wall too cloud so it has to be turned off at night but it makes the room too cold. Thank god we bring the sleeping bed.

GBThe location was great, staff were super friendly, the facilities provided everything you need for a cheap and cheerful stay, the well-stocked pub and inclusive continental breakfast were icing on the cake. I really enjoyed our stay. It was perfect for our family with young children.
The window/door side of our room was a bit drafty. Not a major issue as the room had a heater and the bedding was cozy enough. There were definitely some dusty spots in our room but pretty much what you'd expect for the age of the building.
