NZNZNZAwesome find almost smack bang in the middle of Methven. Beautiful rimu lined common areas and a roaring fire in the lounge. Breakfast provided which really speeds up getting ready in the morning to head up the mountain. Much appreciated. Beds were comfy and rooms quiet. Kids loved the pool table.
No heater in the bathroom but heated up ok through bedroom door.
NZNZWell appointed with electric blankets, heat pump, full kitchen, ours had a fire although I understand all units do not have fires. It is basically a small home. A private wee yard
Fire still had ashes in it, and no lighters available if you wanted to light it.
CAVery spacious.
The wifi was terrible. Most of the time, the wifi was not connected. Even wifi was connected, it was very slow. The TV was not working.
