We really liked the location. The hosts were so friendly and welcoming. The railway experience was fantastic. My father really enjoyed the railway, chatting to everyone involved and it brought out the little boy in him again.

"Peaceful cottage"

Beautiful cottage, it was so peaceful and quiet. Very clean and spacious. Well equipped with everything you need. Stunning location, gardens and river perfect for relaxing. We saw lots of birds, a hare and a pheasant as we sat in the summerhouse. Added bonus as the model railway was in operation and we had a fab ride on a diesel train. Very friendly host who was welcoming and gave us useful information.

"A great relaxing and peaceful getaway"

I liked the scenery and how secluded and remote it was. It was very peaceful

For about an hour during our stay we were trying to relax in the living and the entire time all we could hear was the very loud lawn mower

"Comty cottage in quiet location"

The host Stuart was friendly and very helpful. Cottage was set in very peaceful location and was well equipped. Good central hub for days out around lincolnshire.
