The One - Chalet in the Cairngorms

It was very clean and very comfortable. There was also plenty of space and it was quiet. We were nice and warm and felt at home. The fireplace made the evenings especially cosy as the nights were drawing in.

Quiet location, spacious caravan. Beds were very comfortable. Very high standard of cleanliness. Everyone on site was very friendly.

There was nothing to dislike

Very quiet. Comfortable chalet. The restaurant we wanted to go to was closed on Monday and Tuesday. We cooked our meal in the chalet. Everything we need and much more was there. We were lucky with the weather, nice table and chairs to eat outside. Comfy bed. Will definitely book again

When we arrived there were no sheets When the owners tried to contract the owner of our accommodation she did not answer their calls apparently she was meant to be available 24 hours a day. Luckily , although they didn't have to , the owners of the Hoiday helped us out This sort of state of affairs is ridiculous and I doubt has happened to anyone before Also they don't provide towels. It is in their what they do and don't provide so we should have looked more closely .we didn't because we didn't ever think we would have to ..I have travelled extensively since 19i80 and my wife and I have never come across this requirement as has anyone else we have talked to .we live out of a suitcase and don't carry towels. It is plainly ridiculous .

Caravan lovely and clean, everything you needed for a family. Could have stayed longer

The double bed wasn’t as comfortable as I would hope and the silky bedding made us both hot
