Hakuba Jade Chalet by Jade Group

The property was exceptional. It was comfortable and spacious for a group of 7. The service from the staff exceeded our expectation and they went above and beyond to cater to everything we needed.

Large clean and spacious living and dining area. Great lounge area to chill out in. Concierge by Jade group and the daily shuttle service to and back from wherever you want to go is AWESOME. Well done guys, great service. Easy walk to Echo land and 20 odd minutes to Happo one area.

All great, if I had to say anything, maybe some extra pillows for those wanting 2.

Walk distance from nice cafe and restaurants.

Heater / aircon didn’t work properly and rooms were on first floor, with floor to ceiling windows facing the front road so you could look out/ see in when walking into your bedrooms.

The apartment was beautifully furnished with very comfortable beds and bedding. Great bathrooms and 3 in the house was great. The views from the upstairs lounge was lovely. The kitchen had all you need for simple family meals. The apartment was kept very warm with underfloor heating and heat pumps. The humidifiers were great and needed. Probably the biggest TV and best speaker we have ever had in a house The ski locker was well designed and we liked the slippers. The supermarket shuttle was such a great convenience too. The location was great, peaceful and quiet but short walk to the busy street or quick taxi to the busier tourist area.

Third bedroom was small for seven people, six more comfortable. Also, an ironing board would be useful.
