Bellevue Guest Lodge

Our host were delightful and made our stay extra special. We loved the sound of the birds chirping in the evening and the view was beautiful over looking the river. An immaculate chalet with everything we needed. Thank you.

Cottage was neat n clean

Security is the most important issue, and this place has no fence and a complete open space for an intruder to get in n out. Yes it has camera,, but what use is it if you are been burglared, no security guard, or gates on window n sliding door.. Water in the shower runs through out the toilet and partly into bedroom, so mop up operation has to be done.. Veranda had an untidy garden n a dirty small table with wobbly plank uncomfortable chairs. I had to wait 35 minutes for host to come inspect the cottage n hand over keys... There are a lot more beautiful n better places down the SC n I will never recommend this place, if you are just going on a fishing trip, then it's OK, but definitely not a holiday.

It was an amazing unit with everything you can ask for. The owner is a wonderful lady and makes you comfortable as soon as you arrive. Southbroom beach is not far and there is an amazing view of lagoon from the unit. Our kids enjoyed the trampoline which was right in the garden

Nothing, everything was good

The place was just amazing, the location, views and most of all, the serenity. We were kept up to date with load shedding times, and had an emergency light at hand (shown how it works and how to charge it)

It was perfect! From the picturesque location, clean and comfy chalets to our warm and welcoming reception. Thank you Sally (owner). Definitely calls for a second visit.
