Forest Hills

Perfectly situated in the hills and away from the Knysna town. Not too far away from anywhere you want/need to get to. So serene, a perfect place to get away from it all. Safe to say our doggies really loved it too. Caron was a superb hostess!

Not a lot we didn’t like. But for the bedroom, a king sized bed rather than a queen would have been great just to accommodate for taller guests. Nevertheless, it was a very comfy queen. Also, all the early morning light was a bit jarring at first with not being able to block out daylight from the skylight and en-suite bathroom window. If you’re a light sleeper, it might be worth bringing along a sleep mask.

Our host, Caron was wonderfully helpful and the home had all information and amenities needed to make our family stay as comfortable as possible. It has a relaxing deck to enjoy and spend both sunset and sunrise

It is a relaxing vacation. The garden is amazing scent smells with sage.

It was not thing that I did not like. It was perfect.

At first you may think what an odd place.. But don't let first impressions fool you. Walking through this wood floor and thatch roof the house are transfered to a magical place off amazing views. The scenery is breathtaking. Rooms are comfortable and the host is super nice. Worh every penny!!

Be aware when you go for the hike to check yourself for ticks. Found 3 diffrent types on ourselves. Otherwise well worth the walk.

amazing view and setting , the house was very charming. plenty of fire wood :)

The kitchen was not well equipt at all. general kitchen equipment was lacking , if i was self catering for a long stay at least some decent knives would be appreciated.
