Snowy Mountain Holidays

Location was stunning! The view from the viewing platform was awesome. If it had a fire pit it would have been perfect! So quiet and peaceful, could only hear the cows and the cockatoos. The rooms are warm, beds are comfortable, shower is hot and everything is very clean. Do-able drive to the snow.

The floor in the bigger cottage is extremely noisy. There is definitely no moving around quietly. Makes it a little challenging with unsettled little ones.

We had an amazing weekend at Ron and Sarah's cottage. Our hosts were friendly, warm, approachable, and they were more than happy to answer all our questions. The cottage we stayed in was like something out of a fairytale - peaceful, cozy, welcoming, and impeccably clean. The view from the communal deck was breathtaking, with the Murray River and snowy peaks on one side, and endless fields on the other. After the hustle and bustle of Sydney, we were completely taken aback by the calming atmosphere of Towong. There's an IGA less than 10 minutes away and a couple of restaurants and takeaway shops in neighboring Corryong. Thank you so much to Ron and Sarah for your hospitality! It was a trip to remember!

I had a lovely 3 night stay at Snowy Mountains Holidays. Ron and Sarah were so welcoming and the cabin was beautiful and cozy. Ron has great local knowledge and gave me excellent recommendations for dog friendly walks in the area. The views from the property are spectacular and the cabin has everything that you need. Perfect for a quiet getaway in a beautiful part of the world.

What a magical location, the views are stunning, the owner is friendly and welcoming and gives his local recommendations. We wish we knew how beautiful the location was as we would have stayed longer for sure!
