"Beautiful weekend 😊"

Beautiful, clean and tidy. Location perfect for visiting nearby places. We ate at the pub both nights, what lovely food and was so surprised that it was so quiet by about 9pm in the evening. Really enjoyed our stay thank you ☺️

"Great stay with good access to many great areas of Suffolk."

The location of the property was excellent, with easy access to the coast at Southwold and Aldeburgh. The room was quiet despite being just off the pub outside eating area and the bed comfortable. It was spotlessly clean with great light and a private garden and decking area (we had room 1). It was a very hot day when we arrived and the room was very hot but there was a fan provided. A few sachets of coffee and tea bags were provided but remember to pick up some milk before you arrive as there is no shop nearby, the nearest being Budgens in the garage on the main road. The food at the pub was excellent and the portions generous. Would recommend.

Had everything needed for a perfect stay, great location, clean and stunning views. Really comfortable bed.

Pillows too soft would have been good to have an option of a soft and firm pillow but would not stop me booking again.

Excellent location for our trip to the Latitude Festival. Barbara is a great host and the room has everything you need. The Fox pub is great, very friendly staff and good food and drink selection. What's not to like ? Recommended 😀😀

"Love this place and we’ll be back!"

Second stay here and we’ll be back. Clean. Great location. Lots of additional touches such as books, dvds, pack of cards, first aid kit. The Fox next door serves superb food at reasonable prices. We love having our own private garden area. So peaceful. Short drive to beautiful Southwold.

Could do with more sockets in kitchenette. Wish we’d brought matches for the candle on the table.
