Extremely clean and with all the necessary facilities. Meals at the the pub next door an excellent bonus.

What a beautiful chalet with the added bonus of a garden! It was well designed with a lovely little kitchen which was well equipped, although we didn't use it much apart from making a cup of tea as there is a fantastic pub The Fox next door with great food and drinks selection.

Good location for Suffolk east coast , clean with everything you would need . We had garden room 2 . Had nice garden area .lovely shower / bathroom .

Nothing to complain about property , make sure you bring any grocery things you may need as we didn’t find a local shop, just picked up milk ,bread etc on trips out.

Very pleasant and comfortable room for couples wanting to cater for themselves in the morning, with a very nice pub next door for the evening. Good value for money and a good base for visiting Minsmere, Southwold and Aldeburgh. We visited for 3 nights having already stayed at Wells-next-the-Sea and Norwich during our trip.

It was perfect for two adults and a dog, who loved the garden. It was close to everywhere we wanted to go to.

Good location, friendly pub next door with good food. Pleasant small west facing garden. Clean. Nice staff.

The bed not the best.

Lovely chalet overlooking countryside at rear so very quiet and peaceful. The kitchenette provided everything for some self-catering when needed. The Fox Inn next door is an added bonus for dining with very good food and warm and friendly staff.

The mattress was a bit hard/lumpy so not as comfortable as I would have liked and probably the only thing that I would change.
