What a beautiful spot, so peaceful. Lovely compact shepherds hut with the added bonus of an en-suite toilet and shower. The hosts really have thought of everything, including the step to get into bed as I did wonder how I was going to get up there! It’s incredibly well thought out. The fresh milk and tiffin was a lovely touch, thank you. We stayed here for two nights to go to a wedding locally and it was perfect for our needs.

Nothing - we are both disabled and use CPAP machines and were a little worried that we wouldn’t cope with being in a shepherds hut, but had always wanted to try it… and it all worked out well. Thank you.

Loved the design and really thought out

Clean, peaceful stay, Jane was lovely. Doris has been very well thought-out. With some lovely touches added by the host. I am a bit short so appreciated having a step to get in and out of bed. Shower was also great

Nothing I didn't like. If you are looking for something cosy on your own or a coupled break it's a great place to stay.

Very clean & pretty shepherds hut in a fantastic location

This was such a perfect night stay for me and my partner we absolutely loved it. We has spent the day in cheddar gorge and I chose this as it was a local drive away. The hosts were always updating with stay details through this bookings website and made it easy and smooth to access the hut. The shepherds hut Doris was just so lovely inside and out, the bed was very comfy too and under this were some pull put drawers with table and 2 chairs we put up for when eating inside for the evening and morning coffee as it was abit chilly out when we stayed. Everything fel.t he little touches of the welcome package with delicious tiffin s were perfect. We had an amazing stay so thank you so much :)

Beautiful place to stay. Stunning views and exceptional facilities. Most comfortable sleep I've had in years! Would definitely come again!

Loved our stay in Wedmore. Doris was utterly charming, cozy and well appointed, and beautifully quiet and relaxing. We had everything we needed and there were lovely touches to make our stay extra special. Excellent local pub only a short walk away - always a bonus.
