Really organised and easy check in with all details emailed and SMS'd to you prior to arrival. The place is incredibly serene and beautiful. Be prepared for being a bit of a distance out of Hermanus if that's a factor (but the description does show this). Well-equipped and incredibly comfortable accommodation. Really good value of money.

"A hidden gem for total relaxation"

This is a hidden gem (within the tranquil Hemel en Aarde Valley which in itself is a stunning place), exactly what my husband and I needed by year end. We stayed in the Old Farm Cottage, which has everything you need apart from wifi or mobile reception (this was a good thing!). The gardens are really beautiful, and the lily pond outside the chapel is a peaceful place. Very close to a number of wine farms (Creations is highly recommended) and farm shops, and 5 mins away from Hermanus (trail) parkrun.
