The peace and quiet. It was just the birds that woke me up. Not the neighbours. If I weigh up all the pros and cons I will still go back to destress

WiFi was a bit limited. Only in the kitchen. I could not really open the curtains as the staff were busy working and can see onto the house. But the birds talking to each other during the day was great 😃 The wet drive way. I struggled a bit to get out on the gravel road.

We stayed in the Old Farm House residence and it was huge. Exceeded our expectations. The pictures of the property do not do it justice. It’s on a beautiful property and the rooms and house are big and cozy. We loved having a fire place and no TV. We loved being able to explore the grounds and going on mini hikes. Next time we’ll definitely go see the waterfall.

We had a water leak from the heavy rains but that was a very minor incident and the only “issue”.

The chalet is nice and small. A good apartment for quiet baecation. Home away from home

The area, they have some construction going on at the residence, seems like there is a farming going on there. The navigator picked a gravel road to get to the place and had to drive on gravel road for 20 minutes

The surroundings, the atmosphere, the beautiful attitude of the staff, Meghan the German Shepherd and Molly the ownerdog, the monks, the chapel and gardens, the wood we needed for the fire. Just everything. Even the other guests were amazing!

The fact that l had to go home.
