Dolittle Cottages

Very cosy & spacious cottages. Hostess was very friendly & most welcoming. Offered everything one needs for a self-catering stay. Thank you, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Swellendam. Hiking a trail in Marloth Nature Reserve is highly recommended, but decent shoes are necessary.

If we have to fault on something, then it's that there were no complimentary tea and coffee sachets.

Very nice place where we were greeted with some carrots for the toddler to feed to the donkeys (and himself ;) ). Nice little pool was very welcome because it was so hot outside :) Nice cottage to stay in with the four of us (baby & toddler).

Everything you would need away from home was available, fully equipped kitchen with coffee, tea etc available. How cute was the donkey, sheep and chickens came to say hello. It was so peaceful. The host Chantelle very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend

Neat and tidy. Had everything required for self catering including wood. The donkeys were great.

Nothing I didnt like. Can get a bit dusty with the animals rolling in the dirt nearby and the plunge pool could have been a tough bigger but all in all, no complaints

Het was erg schoon en was goed gelegen voor de doorreis naar plettenbergbaai. En we hebben enorm genoten van de echte Afrikaanse braai.

Alles was prima
