We communicated by Whatsapp about time of arrival which worked out excellent, our host was on site to open the gate and welcome uscwhen we arrived. After receiving the keys we were really surprised by the chalet, it's really nice, clean and well equipped. We loved the piece and quiet of the accomodation and ofcourse the donkeys were real cute, a nice touch we found some carrots for them in the fridge which the sheep liked as well. Had a nice conversation with the host when we checked out, she is very friendly ! All in all our stay was very comfortable and relaxing !

Maybe more carrots... ;-) No, everything was real good !

It is a self catering stay and it was equipped with everything we needed. Very comfortable and my daughter absolutely adored the donkeys on the farm.

Nothing. When they said they would leave us some braai wood, it was an excellent surprise to see how much wood was left for is to use 😅

Beautiful cottage that was very well equipped.

We thought it would be a bit more rural than suburban but to our pleasant surprise it was very walkable through a lovely neighborhood

The donkeys were the absolute highlight! To wake up every morning to a fresh dip in the pool and the bleat of a sheep was pure bliss. The braai area is great and the loungers were a hit. The property is very central. The owners and staff were delightful! We’ll be back!

The only downside was that there isn’t a fan/air-con in every bedroom.
