Dirty crockery and cutlery. Worn mattresses on the beds, toilet not resetting after flushing, handsoap in the bathrooms were almost empty

Everthing about the lodge, location and staff was great.

I would suggest keeping a kettle and pan at the facility to put on the fire for making food or boiling water for when the power is out.

self catering and the cleaners came everyday to clean love that about the place. beautiful place but was always afraid because they told us about snakes and always be aware

The bed is horrible , the mattress is not comfortable at all and the toilet was dripping water all the time. please we need Wi-Fi because the network at the place is very horrible

"My stay was great as always at Sondela, part from the beds, property was super."
