Good location, nice little chalet, easy access to beach and beds were comfortable.

Could do with a little TLC and an upgrade of kitchen utensils as they are showing there age.

Loved the location, easy access to beach, easy to get into Bridlington….i like to walk but the little train along the promenade was available for those who need it.

"Dog friendly home from home 🏡"

Its a very great location walking distance is not even 5 minutes to the dog friendly beach. Its got everything you need for a little get away. Its quiet and has a fenced in garden wich we liked. The kitchen is stocked well and I like that cleaning products where accessible

If I had to mention 2 negatives as such it would be no night light/ lamp in the double bed room and the garden chairs could really do with replacing 2 of them definitely had it :)

It's was lovely the sun was always in the garden it's in a great spot 2 mins away from the beach and dog friendly which is great

The shower was not hot enough to get in which was disappointing and the TV was abit of a nightmare couldn't watch it Friday or Saturday night it just went off and could do with a light in the bedroom
