It was very quiet and clean.

not much as it was not as advertised.

uncomfortable bed with a thin mattress, Musky smell on arrival, Described as a semi-detached Villa yet it is a mid terraced Chalet. Also says it has a washing machine and tumble dryer, but they are not in the Chalet they are in the laundrette on site. Outside dining was two rusty garden chairs that wobbled and a rusty small metal table that was uneven. The hotel on site was shut down. and the trek uphill with cases to the chalet from the car park was exhausting as it took 3 trips. this then had to be done too pack up again when leaving, though nothing was mentioned about this trek uphill. the seat covers for the dining chairs were dirty and the sofa needs reupholstering as you sink right into it and it is so uncomfortable. also there was no tea and coffee maker, there was a coffee maker and a kettle. there was NO freezer so you could not get anything frozen to eat. Cannot get the wardrobe open unless you move the bedside cabinet. No electrical socket near the bed. the spotlights used as reading lights are dangerous and too low down so you could bang your head if you are not careful.

Lovely and clean. Central for visiting Cornwall. Very warm with good wi fi.

Long,slippery walk from car park. No safety features to enable the shower to be used-hand rail,slip mat.etc. Not really suitable for us oap's.
