Bright & Beautiful Home On The Hills!

The property was very clean, comfortable and extremely well equipped. Lovely quiet location. Pity we were only staying for one night. The breakfast items were much appreciated. We met Elly, the host, who was lovely. We also saw two kangaroos which was a bonus.

Everything was absolutely great with our stay at the property, but obviously you need a car to get to any amenities.

Elly and Zeus have a lovely accomodation which we stayed in for 2 nights. We have lived in Perth for more than 30 years but have much more to learn and enjoy in the Roleystone hills which is an area of outstanding natural beauty. We played golf in the world class Araluen close by and forrest bathed in one of the many stunning bush walks. All made the more pleasant by the hospitality extended to us by Elly and Zeus.

Location, peacefulness, views

Too many ornaments clogging up limited bench space. Ornaments were a magnet for young children so we had to hide them away. Garden could have been nice but it was not kept neat and it was overgrown with long grass (snake risk)

Great position. Easy access. Great water pressure and shower. All the conveniences of home. Eggs and bread were provided for breakfast.

The location and amenities were good

Exaggerated claims about the equipment and provisions. No breakfast provided in spite of claim otherwise. Provisions in fridge for five day stay were six eggs, one month out-of- date Lebanese bread, long-life milk and margarine. Claims re separate toilet and bidet were unsubstantiated.
