Very hot. Would have helped if a/c was turned on. Breakfast was a bit sad for 5 people a load of bread and 6 eggs

Very clean, easy check-in, modern. Good communication with the owners via the app.

Its easy to find, not far from the highway, but quite far out of Perth CBD, but if you are looking for quiet, residential at the southern edge of the suburbs its great.

EVERYTHING! Wonderful location, lovely welcome by Elly and Zeus, spacious rooms and bathroom and very useful kitchen! Elly and Zeus left some eggs, milk and bread, coffee and tea and spices/oil for us to use. Lovely area outside and VERY CLEAN! We are almost OCD when it comes to cleaning and we were super happy with what we found. There's also a washing machine and vacuum/iron if needed
