Very clean and comfortable. Enough space for a family of 5. Our kids enjoyed the downstairs gaming space. Perfectly located to EVERYTHING!

The TV remotes had no batteries, and the master room TV didn't work at all. (At least not for us). Maybe leaving instructions on how to operate and spare batteries around.
