We were made to feel very welcome throughout our stay. The Annex is exceptionally clean, everything you could want is provided along with a few little extras. It's in a good location close to the beach, shops, bars etc. nice outdoor seating area and dog friendly too.

Very clean, comfortable and private. Good location as it’s close but also far enough away from the noise and crowds.

The satellite tv signal wasn’t great but we didn’t watch very much so didn’t really matter.

Location was great. Clean and tidy and warm

Double bed mattress quiet hard, also the living room would be better swapped with the back bedroom
