Everything nice lovely clean annex hosts are very friendly and welcoming bed was so comfortable enjoyed our stay hosts left us with milk biscuits and cakes which was a lovely gesture.

Private, warm and cozy, clean, and a wonderful host too. Couldn't ask for a better place to stay. Will definitely come back again.

Well equipped , large space , off road parking , great location.

Needs more lights down side of property , we bought a torch .

We loved our stay at the annex. The location go Skegness town and beach was fantastic. The Annex was clean and spacious. Tea, coffee and milk were provided as well as the added bonus of some biscuits and mince pies (loved that) The courtyard was secure and safe to let our dog out to stretch his legs. Tina was so lovely abs showed us what was what in the annex and made us feel at home straight away. We can’t wait to book again. Thank you for making our first time away with our 2 month old a breeze.,

Location was great, very quiet with our own private yard, very clean and spacious. milk and biscuits on arrival which was a lovely touch. Everything we needed for a few days

Unfortunately when we arrived there was a bad smell in the bathroom but we had just had a major downpour so thought it could be due to that so we gave it 24 hours but the smell was still there so I rang the owner and she came round agreed there was a smell, opened the window and went, I would not have mentioned this as I understand it's hard to get someone in to do the drains at short notice but we could have been offered some air fresh, bleach or some drain cleaner and I would have done it myself then forgot about it. I'm sad it spoilt our stay because but I only had one shower in the week because of the smell. very disapointed

We liked the location,perfect being close to town and all places to explore and have fun .The bed was amazingly comfortable , spotlessly clean everywhere. The courtyard is a big bonus to this holiday Annexe. Privacy is guaranteed if that's what you wish. Both shower and bath provided.
