The Annex

Excellent location, easy reach of front and town centre. Free parking. Home from home facilities with well equip kitchen. Hosts provided milk, tea/coffee, cakes and biscuits which was a lovely gesture. Comfortable living room. Would definitely stay again.

Double bed was a little uncomfortable. Bedrooms are quite light in the morning so black out curtains would be helpful.

Lovely place to stay for a few days. Nothing too much trouble for the hosts. The Annexe was very clean throughout, fresh towels and bedding supplied, even milk, biscuits and buns in for our arrival. Only 10 minutes walk to seafront (if that). Will definitely recommend and also stay again. Thank you Tina and husband for looking after us and your help with mum.

Everything was perfect about our stay. The location is about 2/3 minute walk from the Skegness seafront, which was great for the kids and just a few minutes walk to the beach where we walked the dogs in the mornings 😊

Hosts Tina and Helena was lovely, left us fresh milk, biscuits and cakes which was wonderful gesture, plenty of fresh towels left for us, beds made up on arrival and popped round upon request to show us how heating worked , nothing was too much trouble

I couldn't fault my time at the Annex. Everything was great! The hosts were so friendly and approachable. I would definitely visit again. It was so close to all the amenities and within walking distance to the beach.

The only thing I would say is that the mattress was a bit hard for my liking, but other than that , it was great.

Very clean, lovely greeting, home from home.

Self catering but found some provisions which was a lovely touch.

Only thing we missed was a mirror in the bedrooms.
