The only thing I would suggest is just paying a deposit that's non refundable if cancellation is within 2 weeks of stay to be fair to clients as unexpected things happen in life and I was left paying it all myself when the person meant to be sharing costs cancelled. Advertise yourself with the Half DoorSet Dancing club in Castletown as they often have folk needing accommodation.

"Beautiful quiet secluded cabin to get away from hustle and bustle."

The host was amazing, provided very helpful information and had the cabin well equipped. The location is remote but exactly what we were looking for and not far to drive the nearest town.
