The location was Brillant. Loved the nature and the peacefulness. Alex was very helpful and amazing.

We paid for a luxury honeymoon suite, but unfortunately the experience was far from luxurious. The jacuzzi was especially disappointing — because of the netting above it and not covered properly and we could only really enjoy it properly once the rain had cleaned everything off. The kitchen area was outdated and not appealing, and overall the furniture and facilities felt old. There was also no proper lounge area to relax in, which made the suite feel uncomfortable rather than cozy or romantic. For a honeymoon suite at this price point, we expected a much more luxurious, modern, and welcoming experience.

The birding was amazing. We enjoyed the hiking. Jacuzzi every night is the best life. Alex is an amazing manager thank you Alex for everything. Great venue, met some other really nice people there as well. Definitely coming back next year

There was a big storm that made it difficult to access the property

The facilities were clean. Loved the surroundings.

Inadequate investment goin into the facilities. Aircon was not warming up the place. The jacuzzi was taking forever to warm up and it was a cold stay due to bad weather . By now you would have expected the old cement floor to give way to descent tiling. Lastly you he ave one poor guy servicing every chalet, but most of his time was occupied managing the generator's load as it is seemingly inadequate for all the electricity consumption needs.

Lovely stay nearby Citrusdal. Beautiful, quiet resort with many flowers and birds. Cool local hikes to do. A jacuzzi (that might be a little warm, but we turned it off for a while to cool down). Phenomenal beds.

WiFi was a little slow, besides that 100% score for this location.
