The quiet surroundings

The location was beautiful and peaceful. Our cottage was next to a pond which has lots of bird life and other wildlife which was lovely to watch from the hot tub. We enjoyed our stay even though the facilities could have been better kept.

The nature trails were overgrown and lacked maintenance. There were signs of neglect with broken signs and a deck which was once next to the pond having collapsed and just left to rot. General maintenance of light fittings and door locks was lacking. There was also rubbish and litter near the start of the longer walk.

The mountains, hiking trails, coffee bean grinder, coffee beans, jacuzzi, indoor fireplace, pet friendly, white bed linen, privacy, spectacular views.

The roads and gardens need maintenance. Irrigation lying around, overgrown gardens and weeds taking over is not acceptable. Both taps at the kitchen zink need washers. Very difficult to open/close and drips the whole night.

Staff and facilities.

I liked the scenic location and the hot tub.

Position, modern bathrooms and stunning views

We went for our 45th Anniversary and we were welcome by the staff cause we 1st find out at the opstal where is our cottage. And the staff were all smiling and showed us where the number starts. Everything were we'll kept Thank you Alex for the extra mile with the jacuzzi.

It was our second time visiting and it will certainly not be our last!

Absolutely nothing

Alex attending to us was very friendly and helpful.

The cottage needs a facelift to ensure it is worth the money spend staying there. The bedding had a torn cover. Outdoor table needs some cleaning. The bathroom floor needs a new coat of paint.
