Warthogs Bush Lodge

The staff was absolutely amazing, welcoming and very friendly, especially the manager Michael, the waiter Olabugan, the game driver Pearcy at African Hills. The food was delicious, so thanks to the chefs. Overall it was a relaxing time if that's what you looking for.

Should have air-conditioning in the rooms instead of gas heaters. The room at number 1 could have a little more of a view when sitting outside. The outside showers should be a little more closed up for privacy.

It’s quite and peaceful

My request for the room to be decorated was not done as they have replied on the booking app. I was promised that they will make it up to me but failed as we were separated from other guests which were on the boma and were placed in a cold area there was nothing special as promised. The was another fire place where we went as it was really cold and decided to eat there. The fire place was dirty and the main course food was not good. I am really not happy

Absolutely fabulous mgt & staff (Michael & Jacques) treated us like royalty. Superb chalet & a gourmet dinner to die for! Could not more highly recommend this experience.

Mike and the team were great, they made the stay a memorable experience.

It’s a great place for couples to have a great time in a quiet and secluded place. I loved the outdoor shower and the bathtub. The rooms are spacious. The food was delicious

It would have been better if they sent a welcome message after booking, that outlines all the activities they offer plus what you do when you get to the main gate .I was surprised that you had to pay 750 just to have dinner at the deck and another 750 for a floating breakfast. This would be better if communicated prior.The rooms are cold and there’s no aircon. We were given a heater but it is those outdated ones that didn’t help.

Staff was welcoming. Always helpful. Everything we asked they always found a way too make it happen. Michael the bush lodge manager was so great.
