Very good hotel for the price in salzburg. No complaints very nice facilities. Well connected to the city 15 min walk from city center.

They could use some new pillows. Otherwise no complaints.

The biggest problem was that the accommodation did not inform me that I was supposed to get a Guest Mobility Ticket with free public transport! I almost wasted a large amount of money because I did not know this! The ticket was not provided until I asked for it after stumbling across information about it by chance! The other big issue was that luggage storage was only available until 2:30pm (and apparently you are not even supposed to enter the hostel afger that time). I was not told this in advance, this should be made clear on booking.com as it really affects plans. I am used to luggage storage and access to common rooms until evening on check-out day almost everywhere I stay. I thought about staying in Salzburg until evening but this contributed to changing my plans. This was a really big drawback compared to most places I have stayed. I was at the accommodation 2 weeks and in that time nobody offered to do a room clean, i could have asked though It would also be helpful if the laundry took card or at least more combinations of coins, I had to go out and exchange cash and get the correct change on a very rainy day when I wanted to stay indoors

Loved the rustic recycled/repurposed ethos and aesthetic. Well located for the train station and groceries and a lovely short walk along the river to the city centre. Comfortable room with conveniently placed power points/lights/bedside storage. QR codes for finding out more about the history of individual items was nifty and engaging. Kitchen amenities were modest but worked well and sufficient for self catering (great waste/recycling setup too). Having a laundry available for only a small fee was excellent. Easy self check-in process, staff were quick to respond to messages and cleaners maintained common areas well. Luggage storage handy. I would very gladly stay again 😊

Only the occasional guest who didn't clean up after themselves - remember to respect shared spaces folks!

Gli arredi e l'idea di una struttura "eco" mi sono piaciute molto. Precisissime le informazioni per il check in online e ottimo il deposito bagagli presso la struttura fino alle 14.30. Comodo sia alla stazione che al centro, con una camminata di 10 minuti. Un info in più, chi pernotta a Salisburgo riceve dalla struttura il Guest Mobility Ticket che ti permette di avere tutti i mezzi pubblici gratuiti e anche il treno per viaggiare nel salisburghese, ovviamente solo per i giorni riferiti ai pernottamenti in cui rimani nella regione del salisburghese.
