"Overall a beautiful space, but communication could really improve the overall experience."

The spot itself is absolutely lovely and my partner proposed to me here.

The communication with the staff wasn’t great. I had significant flight delays and wasn’t able to stay there the first night of my stay. There was no communication offering to refund me for that night or allowing me to come back another time for an extra night. Additionally the communication about checking in wasn’t great, I was worried with my flight delays about checking in late or having to meet someone, if they just told me no problem the door will be open, I wouldn’t have been stressing about checking in.

Très grande réactivité des propriétaires, logement très agréable face au fleuve dans un environnement très calme. Tous les éléments décrits sur l'annonce sont effectivement présent. Excellent séjour, à renouveler.

"La vue ! Mais…50$ pour les draps et serviettes !!"

La vue !!! Le confort du matelas, l’emplacement du chalet, la décoration intérieur.

Les serviettes que nous devons payer 50$ supplémentaires (avec les draps) qui sont très fines, petites et peu en quantité, nous avons aussi due mettre les drap qui se trouvaient simplement dans un sac sur le lit. La couette trop petite (couette une personne pour un lit double), la propreté.
