"Ottendorfer Hütte" - Bergwirtschaft

It was a very nice place close to nature :)

Breakfast was good, but if you'd like to have a better choice, hurry up, as I missed eggs and there was no more :(

The room was spacious, neat. Breakfast was good.

It was strange not to have the bed sheets included. I had to purchase them. Also, there was no water cooker or cups in the room. Paying for the use of a shower is another unusual custom regarding the price of the room. No Internet too.

Good location with view of meadows. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Convenient and beautiful location, delicious breakfast included in price. Staff was very accommodating, we arrived late and they made sure we would have dinner even though the kitchen had closed before we arrived

The rooms are a bit crowded so bring earplugs and a face mask for sure, and you need to go outside the building to get to the bathroom, so have some flip flops or something handy not just hiking shoes.

There was a shared room for 4 but we get our own and no other guest were in our room. Stuff was nice and friendly

Staff was mostly friendly, at times slightly grumpy. Dinner was great. Room was clean but overall very no frills.

It is really "very hostel". Traveling by myself I had to take (and pay for) a four bed room (effectively 4 mattresses in a row) by myself. That makes the price excessive. Then you have to pay for every creature comfort on top, like beddings, towel, hot shower... breakfast was also rather low key

We stayed at the location while hiking the Malerweg trail, and it was incredibly convenient that they had their own restaurant serving delicious food and beer. After an exhausting 8-hour hike, we enjoyed a pleasant evening there.
