Hostel Nele

We can hear the neighborhood voice, it was cold , it hadn't good wc it was broken.

The building looks like a block of flats but the hostel is very decent inside. The room was big and very clean, more than I had expected from a hostel. The staff was very friendly and hospitable.

Nothing was bad.

There was still availability at short notice, probably because people didn't want to stay there unless they had to.

Staff only speak Russian, some are more helpful than others, some refused to use Google translate and communication was very difficult. I had booked a room with private bathroom but on arrival was taken to a room with a toilet and no shower and had to pay extra to get a room with a toilet and shower, which took a long time to communicate, in the end I just paid the extra fee to save any more hassle. They would only accept cash and wouldn't allow me to pay by card, so had to walk to find an ATM. Checking in took over an hour so beware.
