Accommodation was very competitively priced. The modest room was clean, bed was comfortable and staff were friendly

The Waterfront's units are old student accommodation. Great location on the firth and close to food and city centre. Location was quiet but guests sometimes noisy. Very quick and efficient check-in. Room tidy and clean if a little dated and cramped in places. Nice and warm despite cold wet weather outside. Kettle and plenty of tea and coffee. Shower OK. Good wifi. Block-out curtains. Good range of TV channels. Shared kitchen available.

The bed was way too soft but I survived. The bathroom was dated, showed wear and tear, and was cramped - but it all worked fine and there was a working exhaust fan. Overall it was good value for the money charged and I'd stay again.

Excellent location in the heart of town, convenient for train service. Bed was exceptionally comfortable and a good size TV in the room. Big shared kitchen. My flight was delayed so I was late arriving at the property but caretaker was understanding and accommodating.

Loud noise during the first night interrupted sleep but no other issues.

Parking proche. Bouilloire, thé café lait. Emplacement assez calme. Supermarché juste à côté

Très petit. Pas propre. On a retrouvé des bonbons par terre. Poussière de partout. Moisi dans la salle de bains. Vaisselle sale. Lieu assez glauque. Couloir et chambre. Salle de bains minuscule et douche de colonie... même si individuelle. Mal isolé et voisins bruyants.

Room and kitchen facilities were good for a budget

Some **** knocking on my door at 6am, I actually should've knocked him out

Well located for bus and train and also for a local pub

TV didn't work well, signal constantly failed
