The location was excellent, really good easy to get to everything and the view out across the dock was fantastic and very unexpected. The staff were friendly and the room was fairly clean. An excellent shower, powerful and warm and all for £45 was a bargain. I'd definitely stay again.

The front door to the block jammed open very easily so was just open most of the time if someone didn't shove it shut- maybe a sign on the door reminding people to close it fully would do the trick. There's still a locked door to get into each corridor and another one for each room though, so I felt secure and safe.

It was close to shops ect

We had no hot water and had to move rooms, and still no hot water 1.5 hours before we was going out to a surprise party

Great Central location. Staff were so helpful. Facilities was spotless.

Matress could do with an upgrade. Shower room could do with shower hand rail and non slip mat.

Basic accommodation with everything you need and nothing you don't need. Great location, lots of parking, enough room space, great for a one night stay.
