선풍기가 없어서 너무 더워서 잘 수 가 없었고.사먹어야하는 음식의 맛도 없어서 힘들었어요.

Great location next to Semuc Champey Park entrance. Room was comfortable, warm shower and comfortable bed. Mosquito nets on windows helped as well! The restaurant is decent for the remote location and staff is very friendly.

We have nothing negative to say about this place! Just read the info on power and accessibility carefully and check your expectations. This is a remote small village hostel :)

No había ventilador, las sábanas de las camas, las almohadas muy duras

La ubicación, estaba literalmente al lado de las pozas de Semuc Champey

Sólo que no nos avisaran que se cortaba la electricidad en la noche, pero entendemos que sea así, sólo que sería bueno avisar esto cuando se ingresa

Por el clima y el calor deberían tener ventilador asi sea pequeño.

If you want to be 2 minute walk to the Semuc Champey and within nature with a chill vibe, I reccommend here! The price is good considering you're in the middle of nowhere with a private room and bathroom. The view of the river from the cabin is lush with a peaceful outside private seating area. The staff are extremely friendly and local, especially Rammy who was great company. You will inevitably run into wildlife so if you don't mind that then definitely book... A couple bugs but this is their natural environment and the staff are CONSTANTLY cleaning the whole area around the hotel and we're always happy to help me remove anything. I woke up to the incredible wild sound of a Yucatán black howler, it was a magical moment! I paid with card no problem with no surcharge which I appreciated as reasonable ATMs are difficult to find and there was always wifi in the common area and even from my room sometimes. Electricity is on most the day in the rooms but always in the kitchen. I had chicken with no problems. The shuttles work like clockwork, but leave extra time as traffic can be bad. I reccommend going to the waterfall across the river in the early evening where you'll see locals playing and washing their clothes and get the waterfall view to yourself. Also make sure to go to the park at 8am before all the tours arrive... I had the pools to myself for an hour it was insane!

Price of food could be lowered as there isn't much other choice.

La localización fue increíble. Nos encantó!

Lamentablemente la primera persona que nos atendió no tenía buena actitud. Sin embargo selectiva con otros huéspedes ella atendía amable. Nos ocurrió un incidente en la habitación y la persona encargada en la noche no tenía autorización para resolver el problema. (Prefiero no mencionar los detalles)

Se quiser ficar no parque é ideal porque vai e volta qtas vezes quiser durante o dia Mariella da recepção foi fantástica, além de educada , solicita e muito carinhosa Gostei da estadia

A comida era boa, porém se limita ao que eles tem, ja que ao redor nao tem opções Mas por alguns dias, tá tudo bem
