Todo. La cercanía a las pozas, las cabañas, las vistas y sobre todo el personal, me sentí muy agusto. Algo que se valora mucho cuando viajas sola. Y un 10 a las chicas del staff. Muy divertidas y ambles

Nada. Aunque me tocó un día de lluvia, la estancia fue genial

Todo me pareció muy bien

+ lage direkt am fluss + sehr ruhig + mit pool + tagsüber wlan

- strom nur wenige stunden pro tag / kein licht im zimmer! - nur kalt wasser zum duschen - sehr kleines zimmer - du bist gezwungen bei ihnen im restaurant zu essen, summiert sich nach ein paar tagen ziemlich generell ein cooles hotel, aber sehr basic und für das unserer meinung nach zu teuer!

La atención, tranquilidad y ubicación para el objetivo que se tenía que era visitar Semuc Champey. El lugar es bonito.

La cama es un poco dura.

In itself it is a very nice hostel in the middle of the countryside. But the staff is very rude! When I asked why it is now a more expensive price for the accommodation, they just wanted my money without understanding. I generally had the feeling that they are only out for money. Since they also told me a wrong price for my shuttle and very rudely demanded more money. But what bothered me the most was a crazy man in my room. Apparently he had taken drugs or something... he came into our room around midnight and yelled at everyone and searched the whole room. He ran screaming across the grounds. In the end, the police had to come. The situation itself was handled quite well by the hostel. But since the man has been conspicuous earlier, one should have intervened earlier. I (female 19 years old) do not want to sleep with such a man in a room under any circumstances!

La ubicación y servicio del peronal

Reservamos dos noches con habitacion y baños privados,llegamos y no dijeron nos cambiaban de habitación por una noche sin baño privado.a lo cual ante la situación accedido y en compensación del.hostal nos brindaron la cena sin cargo. De ahi todo bien .
