Stand super, wenn kein Vollmond ist, Pool ok, Personal bemüht . Reklamation wurde halbwegs professionell gelöst.

Leider SEHR laut, Party fast jede Nacht zumindest nebenan. Schlafen im 1. OG für kleine Kinder absolut ungeeignet. Treppe viel zu steil, Fenster lässt sich nicht schliessen, kann kann einfach hinaus fallen. Küche ohne Klimaanlage unbenutzbar. Kühlschrank steht am Falschen Ort, muss dringend an der Küche stehen und Klima nachgerüstet werden. Es gibt keine Fliegennetze an den Fenstern. Restaurant absolut überpreisig, nicht gut, Portionen mini, als einzige Gäste 55 Minuten Wartezeit bei 2 Burgern und 2x Pommes.

Anton and staff were all great in making our 4-nights exceptionally comfortable and helped us organise items. The family cabin was perfect layout for our 2 young kids. Location was great on strip with awesome restaurants and playground for kiddos. HPpy hour sunsets were great on the bean bags. . Luckys happy hour was great and their cocktails were first rate. Bathroom was spacious and clean. Kitchenette was great addition and let us cook up breakfast as not many brekkie options close by.

We were very aware of Saturday night party music when. We booked online and Anton was very honest and upfront about the noise level. Our kids would sleep anything so not an issue for our family. But if you were lite sleepers it was LOUD! But as stated not an issue for us. Bike hire through the accommodation was not great and we saw other places with better bikes for adults and especially for kids.

Emplacement idéal, à côté des restaurants et de la plage pour admirer les couchers de soleil. Mention particulière pour la gentillesse du personnel, en particulier Anton.

Did not get the room we booked. It had been given to someone else who probably complained about the dump the we were given. We had booked for 3 nights but left after the first night

Wir hatten schon ein paar Nächte im Lucky's verbracht (waren sehr zufrieden!!!) und haben dann unsere Unterkunft gewechselt, weil wir auf Gili Air nochmals verlängert hatten. Doch mit der letzten Unterkunft hatten wir kein Glück, welche Umstände wir jetzt hier nicht erwähnen werden. Gewechselt haben wir dann wieder ins Lucky, weil sie uns wieder ganz herzlich aufgenommen haben zu einem super kulanten Preis. Wir konnten in einem anderen Zimmer duschen, weil unser Zimmer noch nicht fertig war. Sehr nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal, sehr schöne Bungalows mit guten Klimaanlagen. Können wir wirklich wärmstens empfehlen!!!

Bei uns hat das EC gerät nicht funktioniert, also lieber genug Bargeld dabei haben.
