great location and family bungalow was great to cook food for fussy kids

service in restaurant wasn't great but staff were lovely

The location and the pool was ok.

The rooms are a bit worn down. No cleaning for four days. I had to ask a clean to sweep the sand from our veranda. No breakfast included which felt strange provided the rooms were rather pricey.

We had only read 1 bad review about a party on Saturday night and I assumed it would only happen in high season. But it didn't, most of the hotels along that strip had a restaurant or bar on the beach and the rooms or hotel were on the other side. The room had gaps in the doors and floor area so we had many bugs come in as well a mosquitos. the manger did eventually get us a make shift bug net. The bathroom is outside of the room so there was also a bug situation there. The party on Saturday night went til 4am in the morning. the bang bang bang I couldn't sleep. This hotel cares more about its parties than it guest obviously. Then the mosque has a call to prayer every night at 4 AM. Not just a call but the prayer is on loud speaker for everyone all over the island to hear. We didn't read this any where in any reviews? i am not sure why we didn't read about this. I did try to post on one site but my post was removed. Do not stay at this place. The chatals are cute but old and not functional. The pool was dirty and we couldn't swim in it. The beach out the front was nice. I will never go to any of those islands again as the call to pray happens on all 3 of them as well as Lombok.

Very comfortable beds, nice pool and garden. Best rooms in my opinion are towards but not overlooking the pool. Those latter rooms also overlook the unlovely neighbouring property.

No advice of WiFi password in room - annoying if reception closed.

Nice property, semi clean aparment and great location. Super friendly and helpful staff.

There is a club in the property that plays music until 6 am at saturday nights and you can hear it really loudly to your apartment.
