This was my second time after 2023 but this time it’s totally disappointed for me no cleaning in toilet an in the room no drinking water in the lobby reception hardly available in desk olin one word good location with worst services

Nothing! The hostel is extremely unhygienic. The dorm washrooms are in horrible condition and cleanliness seems to be completely neglected.

Please have the cleaning staff pay more attention to hygiene, as the washrooms are extremely dirty. Your hostel is in a prime location, so maintaining cleanliness and hygiene should be a top priority. I had booked for 3 days and paid the full amount. However, when I arrived at the hostel, I was shocked by the condition. The floors were dirty, and after checking two dorms, I found the washrooms to be in a horrible state. I immediately picked up my bag and rebooked my stay at Moustache Hostel, which was 100 times better in terms of cleanliness, facilities, and overall experience.

No Hot water, plus not much cleanliness

Excellent stay , friendly and comfortable atmosphere esp Jenister ensured to help in each way regarding route tour and things to do. He gave a catalogue for best things to do in the city. And overall ambience was very comfortable, affordable and reliable. Rooftop cafe was a hilight. And Thanks Jenister for being an excellent host. Excellent person . 💫❤️
