Un poco incómodo el que esté repartido en tantas alturas

Excelente localização e muito bem equipado e confortável. Limpo e organizado com ar refrigerado em todos os cômodos.

A casa possui três andares e os acessos pelas escadas são bastante estreitos, principalmente para transportar malas. Foi o único ponto negativo.

Pulizia approssimativa, sembrava chiuso da un pò di tempo e probabilmente questo ha causato la presenza di alcuni insetti sgraditi...

We recently stayed at this property in Seville for two nights. The apartment appeared clean on the surface and was well-equipped with basic amenities. Also, it is located in a central location near many bars and restaurants; making it very convenient.

1. Unsafe Stair Design The stairs leading to the bedrooms and bathrooms were extremely steep and narrow—less than a metre wide. This made it very difficult to navigate, particularly with luggage. For anyone with mobility issues or of larger build, these stairs would pose a serious accessibility and safety risk. 2. Rodent Activity During both nights of our stay, we heard persistent noises—rattling and scurrying—coming from the ceiling area in the kitchen and living room (which is made of gypsum). The sounds were loud enough and frequent enough to strongly suggest the presence of rodents, even though we did not see them directly. There are also visible holes in the wall and near the AC unit, which could easily allow mice or rats to enter the living space. This was very unsettling and unacceptable in a rental property. 3. Unprofessional Communication Regarding Late Checkout We requested a late checkout due to our evening flight and were told there would be a €30 charge, which we were prepared to accept. However, before we could respond, the charge was suddenly increased to €40 without explanation. When we inquired about the reason for this price change, the response we received was incredibly rude and dismissive: > "Do not ask me for explanations, I did not ask you for explanations. Just leave the apartment at 11am." As paying guests, we expected to be treated with basic respect. This level of hostility is unacceptable. A simple, courteous explanation would have been sufficient. I believe we are the ones requiring an explanation for the price hike... being the customers - rather than us providing you the reason for the late checkout!!

Spacious comfortable place with everything you need in the heart of Sevilla. Close to plenty of restaurants and attractions.

Not a big deal, but some soap dispensers didn't work well.
