The apartment is centrally located but quiet. The apartment is well equipped. It is also very close to various attractions, and there are many restaurants around. The landlord is very enthusiastic and always answers any questions. Also let us check in early as we needed.

A little noisey from the bar next door, but really no big deal.

Location is in very heart of the old town, close to main attractions. Has alot of caracter due to vintage design and make you get into the atmosphere of sevillian life. The beds are super comfy, 5 star hotel like.

The fact that there is no bathroom at the ground floor and very narrow stairs makes you tired especially after a long day of walking.

Excellent location for city centre. Tapas bars and supermarkets nearby. Querky individual interior with everything for a comfortable stay. Communication with property management very good and really helpful.

Really bad pre-existing plumbing issue (disgusting smells) took several days and visits to fix. No offer of compensation despite request! Very close proximity of small bar may not be to everyone's taste, although it didn't bother us. Bath in first floor bathroom needs deep clean or replacing.

The house is divided into floors and each one has a bathroom. The position is really in the centre, close to bars and touristic places. I did several time going and back from the apartment.

probably the house wasn't welcoming people since a while. there was a bit of dust on the floor and a died cockroach but nothing really discussing. I recommend it
