Eness Hostels Pondicherry

Overall the place was neat and clean for a hostel. The location also was good..anycase Pondi is not that huge in area so most of the places are nearby.

There was some issue initially regarding checkin where I had discussed with a guy regarding payment that I would do that once I checkin and he said OK. But again he messaged me about it and then cancelled my booking and I had to again book it.

Amel bad bathroom and when I arrived people was unrespectful to me

This is a really nice and well facilitated hostel. with an awesome rooftop.AC is AC, not a fan.

Was alloted a mixed dormitory with 3 girls. staff did not understand hindi. When you talk with them in English, they keep talking in tamil. receptionist is very rude and does not listen to simple requests. room was too small. Storage space is too less. I checked out at night itself. Waste of money.

The location is amazing, great facilities and value for money. The staff are lovely, and that matters to travellers.

The female dorm did not have a window, so that was a bit disorienting in the mornings. There was adequate electrical lighting, including individual lights for every bed however.

It was amazing living there .
