"I would not come back to stay over. Not a pleasant stay. Same was told by other members who stayed."

Just the cost was less. Staff was okay. Even if they couldn't speak English, they had a translator app.

Bedbugs in the beds. They confused the balance money that they had to give me back ( which I had to argue and get the returns). Broken toilet fittings, late night person playing piano and over booked the place. There were several bookings over the capacity of the hostel who slept in corridors and was hard to use the washrooms in morning. Rooms lacked heaters. And had excuses for everything. One day the gas bills were not settled and the hot water was unavailable.

Location was ok.

Hostel facility was in very bad condition. Doesn’t have proper bed available. Staff behavior was rude too.

STAFF BEHAVIOUR IS VERY RUDE EVEN EVERY TIME HOSTEL STAFF SHOUTED ON US WHENEVER WE FEEL ANY PROBLEM IN HOSTEL REGARDING BED BUG, STOPPED WATER SUPPLY OR GAS SUPPLY IN HOSTEL. HOSTEL STAFF GIRLS ARE ALSO SLEEPING IN THE SAME GIRL DORMATRY ROOM AND THEY ARE GOING CLUBS FULL NIGHT AND CAME BACK 4 TO 5 AM IN THE MORNING AND DISTURBING TO OTHERS IN THE ROOM. MY EXPERIENCE WAS EXTERMLY BAD WITH HOSTELLO STAFF.
