Good location and it is cheap. And, to be fair, one of the members of staff was very helpful and welcoming. Wish I could remember his name, because the other guy was the exact opposite.

2 out of 3 toilets don't work, the bedrooms are always noisy even at 3 or 4 am, it was dirty, the AC leaked. Don't drink the water. And taking a shower might not be a great idea. But, once again, it is cheap.

The staff was very friendly and quickly responded for al requests.

Hostel is clean, interior is good. Many cultural and ancient things were placed in TV lounge. Most importantly 28 May station is near by to catch buses and trains travelling around the Baku

Kitchen timings were not good. 11 o clock is the end closing timing of kitchen. Kitchen Cooking range flame is too low and when there are more than 20 peoples in hostel every one is Cooking it’s Almost impossible to meet the kitchen timings.
