The location is in perfect distance from the lake and the castle. Colleen was a delight and the rooms were tidy and comfortable.

Nos gustó mucho la ubicación y el trato y la información que recibimos de Colleen, que nos dio buenos consejos. Las camas eran cómodas y había aire acondicionado en la habitación. Cada cama tiene cortina para privacidad, enchufe y luz pequeña. En la cocina hay una mesa con comida sin nombre que se puede utilizar.

La limpieza en los baños nos pareció mejorable, porque por la noche estaban bastante regular. La última noche tuvimos una situación bastante incómoda por culpa de un chico de la habitación. Colleen lo resolvió al día siguiente y le estamos agradecidos por ello; pero es algo que podría evitarse de haber alguien de seguridad en el edificio, o alguien disponible 24h para emergencias. No lo pongo como critica sino como algo a mejorar de alguna forma.

The owner running the hostel was very nice and helpful. The hostel itself was very lively, and there were definitely rush hours in the kitchen and bathrooms, but that was also a nice way to meet other travelers. The location was also very good, close by the busstation, the lake, restaurants and supermarkets. Overall I had a very good stay here.

The showers could have benefitted from more space to put your towel or clothes, other than in the shower itself.

Colleen was a lovely and helpful host. The room was clean and tidy, bathrooms nice and clean. Very close to a supermarket and about 5 minutes from the Lake.
